Wann immer man etwas braucht (Reisepass im System für die Skipässe hinterlegen, einchecken, auschecken, fehlende Speisen am Buffet, kein Wasser in der Kaffeemaschine, ....) dauert es Stunden bis es gemacht wird, wenn überhaupt.
