Large, simple apartment house "Kondor", 5 storeys. In the district of Gryfelblatte 600 m from the centre of Zermatt, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Stepped path (96 steps) to the house. Supermarket 450 m, restaurant 70 m, bakery 600 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Wiestibrücke" 230 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 600 m. Mountain railway, ski rental 450 m, ski bus stop 230 m, ski school 850 m, children's ski school. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt.

Zermatt Kondor Apartment
Nice, clean apartment conveniently located not far from the train station and lifts.
The apartment has no curtains and as it's on the ground floor there are quite a few people walking next to the windows.
The price advertised is not the price you pay. Add over 100 CHF for cleaning, linens and towels. This should be visible on the website during booking not told afterwards. On top of this if you leave garbage in the property despite cleaning fee you will be extra charged.
The key collection and return office is over 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The staff are very friendly but not flexible: leave 10am prompt, no late checkout, no, you can't leave your luggage anywhere.
The property is beautifully located and very clean.
