On the main floor the villa has spacious living-rooms, dining rooms & fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace, four bedrooms with En-suite bathrooms and a staircase that leads to the luxurious living room, with a view of the green surroundings and a double sofa bed. It has independent heating on every floor, A/C, Wi- Fi, storage-room with a washing machine, as well as a billiard.


In addition, a host of services are available at an extra cost including in-villa delivery, private Chefs to prepare in-villa meals, dry cleaning and laundry, babysitting service & butler service! We can also organize car or helicopter transfers as well as various land and sea excursions.

Maxairado village is known for the 14th Century, Church of Agia Mavra, one of the oldest churches on the island with its Venetian steeple and splendid frescoes and icons. Celebrations in honor of Agia Mavra usually take place the first weekend of July, when the whole town gets together to dance in traditional customs and eat delicious barbequed food.

In the village you will find a post office, a small café/snack bar & several houses very near the square.
