We booked a junior suite for 2 adults and 2 children. The rooms were large and the bathroom was huge with a large jacuzzi tub with jets and colored lights that the kids loved! Breakfast had lots of delicious options. Hotel is on a walking street lined with tons of cute restaurants and shops.

The hotel was convenient to lots of dining options and was in a great location. The front desk staff were so helpful. The underground parking was great. The hotel needs a major renovation. Everything looked old. The AC was spotty and the room was warm. The breakfast was decent but nowhere near as good as the ones we had in Dubrovnik and Split.

This hotel is very well-located within walking distance of most of Zagreb's attractions. Parking is conveniently located in an underground garage. Its comfortable and clean. There is no valet to help with luggage. The hotel is plainly decorated just so your not surprised.

Great location and service

Superb location to do plenty of walking. Free parking for us (maybe had to do with Hotels.com status thought). LOTS of storage inthe room for hanging and storing clothes and belongings. Very safe. Excellent and helpful staff. The only thing was there was no coffee/tea service in the room, but that was probably communicated on the listing.

Excellent location on street of many and varied restaurants. Adjacent to main square. Staff efficient and courteous. Only negative was limited number of TV channels actually available. NB Only one English speaking and that was France 1 English Channel!

Air conditioning had been turned off in the building for the season so they provided a fan to circulate the room air. Provided a bag lunch since we left before breakfast was available. Great location!
