Tolle Ferienwohnung auf dem Bauernhof

Wir waren für 2 Wochen auf dem Billerhof mit 2 Kindern (2+7 Jahre). Die Wohnung war sauber, alles was man brauchte war da. Die Kinder waren begeistert von dem angrenzenden Garten, welcher direkt über den Wohn-Messbereich erreichbar war. Jeden Morgen wurden die Ziegen begrüßt, Hühner gefüttert und nach dem Pony und den Kühen geschaut.. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und gaben uns Ausflugstipps. Ein Highlight war für unseren großen die Trecker Fahrt zu der er eingeladen wurde. Wir Erwachsenen haben die Ruhe und den unfassbaren Sternenhimmel in der Nacht genossen. Sowohl bei Regenwetter als auch bei Sonne lässt sich in der Region einiges erleben. Wir werden sicher nocheinmal wieder kommen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub auf dem Billerhof. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Für Kinder sehr zu empfehlen. War ein perfekter Aufenthalt.

Familienurlaub mit den Enkelkindern und der Tochter

Es war sehr schön. Fam. Penn war sehr nett und überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend Die Ferienwohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Kinder haben sich auch sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie durften mit in den Stall und auch zu den Pferden. Leider hätte das Wetter ein bisschen besser sein können

Winterurlaub mit Familie

schöne, gepflegte Ferienwohnung. Sehr gemütliche Betten und im Winter warm beheizbar. Im Badezimmer Fußbodenheizung. Ein Schlafzimmer ist im Erdgeschoss, zwei weitere im ersten Stock. Dort befindet sich auch die Wohnküche mit allem nötigen was man braucht. Die Gastgeber wären aber sicherlich auch so freundlich, dass sie etwas ausleihen würden. Ein Schlitten und Bob wurde uns ausgeliehen. Vielleicht könnte man das Licht im Wohnzimmer etwas gemütlicher machen (z.b. zusätzliche lese-oder stehlampe). Auf dem Hof gab es zwei Ziegen, zwei Pferde, ein Pony, Hühner und Rinder. Der Hof ist außerordentlich aufgeräumt und gepflegt. Direkt vor dem Wohnesszimmer befindet sich eine Terrasse mit Feuerschale und Blick auf den Ziegenstall. Ebenfalls ist da ein kleines Klettergerüst und Schaukel für die Kleinen. wir persönlich hatten etwas Pech mit dem Wetter. Bei Schnee wäre das Skigebiet Geiskopf nicht weit entfernt. Wir haben stattdessen Schwimmbad in Bad Kötzting, Boulder/kletterhalle in Straubing/Deggendorf und Expirium in Sankt Englmar genutzt. Wir können uns vorstellen auch im Sommer einmal wieder zu kommen. Dann kann man Garten, angrenzenden Wald und Hof sicherlich mehr genießen. Zusammen gefasst hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub! Vielen Dank!

Perfekt für Familien

Schöne Wohnung mit genug Platz für 5 Personen. Die Zimmer waren angenehm kühl auch bei höheren Außentemperaturen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, und wenn was fehlte, wurde zügig durch die Vermieterin Abhilfe geschaffen, welche sehr herzlich und freundlich ist. Die im oberen Stockwerk befindliche Terrasse liegt windgeschützt und lädt ein, zu relaxen oder den Ziegen zuzusehen. Fazit: Wir waren gerne hier und können mit bestem Gewissen diese Wohnung empfehlen! Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub.
