The stuff is so friendly and helpful. The hotel is right by the pier easy access and shopping.

It is front of the moon lake and close to the piers. The hotel offers cheap transportation tickets. Next to the markets, if you like fish, recommend you buy the ZHONG TONG ( president fish) and LONG XUN fish, and fried shrimp of the lake. Enjoy the hike and bike ride, very relaxing and nice view.

This hotel is just on the harbour and very close to the Sun Moon lake. Staff are very helpful to park my car and even drove me to my car to pick the stuff I left there and drove me back.

Room was big with great view of the Sun moon lake, though the property needs refurbishment as the grout at the toilet requires maintenance. Hotel was located very convenient to the night street next to it and within walking distance to the Pier to engage in activities.

Upon checkin, the staff was very helpful in giving tips about destinations and dining options in the area. Awesome views from the balcony for lake-facing suite. Nearby stalls and restaurants tend to close early. Would stay again. 湖景套房空間寬敞乾淨，設備都算新、且該有的都有。兩面採光，大窗戶及陽台看出去景色驚艷，每早看著湖光山色起床。廁所另有淋浴間，也有拉門可以在泡澡時關上。服務人員友善服務周到，完全沒有其他評論提及的問題。早餐不是最豐盛，但以一間20幾個房間的旅館來說很OK了，吃了三天也不會膩。有機會再來日月潭的話會願意再入住。

The rooms were spacious and they had a jacuzzi tub! The breakfast is one of the best i have had in Taiwan. I only wish I had a room with a lake view.

Good place around where the hotel is

Could be better if i was staying in the room to the lake view. Bathroom design is not much friendly for use like others reviewed. But dinner was really awesome, way much better than I thought it would be. It was okay for a few days because the lake was so nice.

NOT RECOMMENDED.

The room and public area smells so bad. Floor carpets dirty with lots of stains....no proper tea served at breakfast ( was given lukewarm diluted tea and its a shame). Breakfast was supposed to end at 10am but we were told to come by 9am as there wont be much food left. True to their promise, we came down at 9 and they won't even replenish the bread. Overall lousy F & B. Unprofessional staff - no greetings, no smiles...talking loudly on facetime with family member (in the reception area ) on top of her voice as if it was her home. For the price we paid A$600+ for 2 nights, I would expect at least a decent clean hotel. Photos on the website was deceiving.
