Nice hotel but horrible bed
Great check in service and had a newly refurbished room which was lovely. However room was very cold and had to go to reception to get instructions on how to put the heating on so would have been useful if these were kept in the room. Unfortunately had a horrendous night’s sleep as the mattress was really hard resulting in very painful hips (room 31) Quality of breakfast was good except the pastries which were very dry and the usual annoying toast machine which either gives you warm bread or charcoal. Dining area felt overcrowded and a bit like a school canteen and was quite noisy so we sat behind the bar to eat. Overall would not stay again due to the awful bed but everything else was fine
