We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The property itself is very nice—clean, modern, and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, spotless on arrival, and overall quite comfortable. However, we did face a couple of issues during our stay. Despite placing the “tidy up” sign outside every morning, our room was not cleaned even once. We mentioned it at reception, but the staff seemed extremely busy and some requests were forgotten. While the team is polite, they appear to be short-staffed or overwhelmed, which affects the guest experience. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel with great potential, but improving housekeeping consistency and follow-up at reception would make stays much better.
