Things are standard at RWE. This is a typical local hotel. There are some renoviations ongoing. But over all, it was ok. INTERNET is uch faster than before.

As I entered my bedroom, there were several small cockroaches on the floor crawling across the floor. But since I am only staying one night, I did not bother to request for a room change.

It was convenient for me to go to busy suburb called Heldan by walking in 15 mins. They are building a new building in front of the old one and when it finishes, it will be a better hotel. It was ok for me because I was not looking for 5 stars hotel anyway and all I needed was a place to crash in comfortable bed in a cool room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and presentable with good breakfast. Downstairs the entrance was a bit messy due to the construction of a new hotel building.

Nice hotel. The staff go out of their way for you

If there is anything wrong, just let the staff know and they will fix it for you. We like the location, close to relatives and close to new stores. The hotel is currently being renovated. But, the rooms are clean.

The hotel is building new section in front of its original building, which was a garden as show on website picture. It was made us cannot find and hotel and thought the hotel is closed. However, it still open and the tight entrance is at a side of hotel.

Just stayed 1 night between planes. Took it because it claimed to be close to the airport (not true). Fairly cheap but things like the filthy shower curtain and generally grisly bathroom were unpleasant. Lousy internet. Did not have breakfast as I left too early.

The hotel was dirty and loud. We could hear dogs barking all night long. The free breakfast was, at best, edible. We found out (after the fact) that they charge foreigns twice the price of locals.

Okay hotel for the price

Stayed here for 9-10 days with a team of 20. Cheap room rates and average breakfast. Service at the breakfast place was awful. Someone should come and teach the breakfast people the simple skills of service, like smiling and dressing up neatly. The two guys at the brekfast place kept handling the food with their bare hands. The front desk, though, were helpful, not as quick as I expected. Housecleaning personnel were courteous. The rooms were full of mosquitoes. I wish they would spray the room before the time of the guest comes. Hot water was more like lukewarm water.

Avoid it!

I read the lousy reviews on this place but still booked here just because I needed a bed for a few hours between flights. Yep, it is a dirty dump and the staff seems young and has poor English. My room had busted AC so it was ridiculous hot. They brought in a portable AC unit which did not seem to do much. Anyhow I ultimately did get a few hours of sleep so mission accomplished for me. If you want a hotel for a full night or several nights, best is pay up for a better place.
