初めての屋久島でわからないことだらけでしたが、宿の方がすごく親切にいろいろ教えてくださって助かりました！こんなに親切にしていただいたのは初めてで感動しました、、、お部屋もすごく綺麗で、また宿泊させていただきたいです。

木材をふんだんに使用しているところが我が家と同じで自宅にいるようでした。室内は清潔でほしい物は全て揃っていて快適でした。朝食のパンもとても美味しく頂きました。庭のニワトリには突っつかれましたが・・（笑）ホテルの道案内の目印が手に挙げている男の子でとても可愛く通る度に私達も手を挙げて楽しんでいました。

無垢の木とオーガニックとニワトリがいるお宿

今回は１泊だけでしたが、最初からここに泊まればよかったと思うほどキレイなお宿でした。部屋に入った瞬間から、裸足になりたくなって。床は天然の無垢の木で敷かれてて、それだけで温かみがあるんです。天井も窓に向かって高くなっていくから、解放感がとてもありました。アウトドア満載な屋久島なのに、なぜか部屋でゆっくりくつろぎたくなる。細かいところにすごくこだわられているから、居心地がいいんでしょうね。シャンプーなどアメニティはオーガニックを厳選。コーヒーやハーブティーまで、しっかり取り揃えていました。お風呂はジャグジー浴槽なので、1時間も半身浴しちゃいました。リビングルームには本や雑誌がぎっしり。写真集もあったりしてね。旅しているのに家にいるような感覚でした。まったりお茶を飲んだり、急にベランダからニワトリが顔をのぞかせたり、夕暮れ時の朱色に染まっていく空は時間を忘れるよう。とにかく癒されポイント満載なのです。朝食はニワトリが産んだ卵を用いたメニューも。手作りのパンとともにいただきました。オーナーご夫妻は本州のご出身なのかな。屋久島に移住されて、この場所と巡り合われたのだそう。晩ごはんを食べる地元のお店も紹介していただけます。温泉も車で10分少々の圏内に2つあるのも個人的に推しです。緑に囲まれた屋久島南部。木とか滝とかビーチとか、自然のなかで生かされている感覚で、とても息をしやすかったです。最後に残念なこと。オーナーの奥さんがなさっているヨガ教室は時間が合わず参加できなかったのです。ここなら、あくせく旅をしなくてもいい。そうか、まるで移住してる気分なんだよね。そんな心持ちにさせてくれる素敵な場所だと思います。
