Langzeiturlaub am Meer.

Das Ferienhaus ist für 4 Personen geeignet. Dafür sind die Räumlichkeiten gut. Im Anbau (Wintergarten) und Wohnzimmer sind weitere Schlafmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Insgesamt ist das Haus und Grundstück in einem ungepflegten Zustand. Das Inventar ist im schlechten Zustand. Die Küchen-Ausstattung ist unzureichend und in schlechter Qualität (Besteck). Die Kühl-Gefrier-Kombination ist total versifft und die Dichtung gerissen und verdreckt (Ungeziefer). Wir hatten keinen Betreuungs-Service. Ein Auto halten wir für erforderlich. Eine Dauer-Baustelle auf dem Nachbar-Grundstück wurde vom Vermieter vorab nicht mitgeteilt.

Estancia perfecta

La casa es como se describe en fotografías. Espaciosa con una terraza fantástica, y lo mejor de todo el espacio de hamacas para tomar el sol. Las habitaciones son amplias y el espacio de estar perfecto. Tiene un salón muy grande que apenas usamos. Es muy tranquila durante el día y la noche, no se escuchan apenas ruidos, y a pocos metros se encuentran las piscinas naturales en el mar. La piscina de la urbanización es estupenda y casi siempre esta sin público. Se conseja disponer de un vehículo. Por poner un pero (por eso las cuatro estrellas) en cuanto la limpieza, sobre todo lo que no se ve a primera vista, debería ser más cuidada. En general, estancia muy agradable y sin duda repetiría.
