Dúpex in Playa Blanca

The house consists of two heights. On the ground floor there is a large terrace, with great views, and very sunny all day. From this, you access a large living room with full kitchen and a bathroom. On the top floor are the two bedrooms and a bathroom with a large shower. The main room is very spacious and has a balcony with wonderful views, the second two single beds, both with fitted wardrobes.
The urbanization is very quiet and the accesses are closed. There is a communal pool and closed garage with its own parking space.

Lovely well-equipped house on a gated community so you always feel very secure. Beautiful views across Lanzarote from the sun terrace. Ideally positioned between Rubicon Marina and path to Papagayo beaches. Good comminication with host. No private pool but there is a communal pool and we usually had this to ourselves. We would definitely return.

Wundervoller Urlaub

Wir haben uns in diesem, sehr schönen, sauberen und prima ausgestatteten Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat uns hier an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche ist mit Töpfen, Pfannen, Geschirr und Dosen sehr gut bestückt. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Fön usw., alles ist vorhanden. Die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten, sowohl im Haus als auch auf der hübschen Terrasse (mit toller Aussicht) sind sehr gemütlich und laden stets zum Verweilen ein. Die Nutzung des Gemeinschaftspools haben wir sehr genossen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes (14 Tage) erfolgte ein Wechsel der Bettwäsche und Handtücher, was wir auch als sehr angenehm empfanden. In der Nähe des Ferienhauses befindet sich ein Supermarkt, wo man auch Backwaren erwerben kann. In dem dortigen Einkaufszentrum befinden sich ebenfalls ein paar nette Restaurants und schöne Geschäfte. Die herrlichen Papagayo - Strände sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war stets sehr angenehm, er erkundigte sich nach unserem Wohlergehen und reagierte schnell auf unsere Anliegen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses schöne Ferienhaus jedem sehr empfehlen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an den Gastgeber Pio Victor.

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem freundlichen Vermieter. Hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus, welches sich in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage befindet. Wir waren zu zweit, aber auch zu viert bietet das Haus genügend Platz.
