    Toller Ausblick, aber fehlende Unterstützung vom Management

    Das Haus hat eine wirklich herausragende Lage direkt am Meer. Die Gegend ist ruhig, fußläufig kann man aber die Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Calle Irlanda erreichen. Im großen Badezimmer hat es stets sehr unangenehm gerochen, aber das Haus war sauber. Ein Sonnenschirm fehlt und die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Wir hatten das Haus mit Poolheizung gebucht und hatten für 14 Tage Poolheizung bezahlt. Diese wurde aber nach 1 Woche kommentarlos abgedreht. Nach Rückfrage meinerseits hieß es nur, man würde das prüfen. Da aber nichts passierte, habe ich noch einmal hingeschrieben, mit der dringenden Bitte die Poolheizung wieder aufzudrehen (zwischenzeitlich war mir das Wasser zu kalt zum Schwimmen) und der Information, dass wir eine entsprechende Rückerstattung fordern, dies wurde gar nicht mehr beantwortet. Das hat uns sehr geärgert und vermittelt einem leider das Gefühl, dass man mit seinen Problemen allein gelassen wird. Aufgrund des negativen Erlebnisses würden wir das Haus nicht mehr buchen.

    Heerlijke ruime villa

    Prachtige locatie! Gelegen in een villapark aan de kust. Heerlijk zwembad, lekker terras met prima ligbedden. De aparte afdeling met inloopkast en zeer ruime ouderslaapkamer en enorme badkamer is ook heel prettig. De enige minpuntjes waren de niet goed werkende afwasmachine en de matige WIFI ontvangst. Goed contact met de beheerders via whattsapp. Voor de rest een heerlijke vakantie gehad! Wij komen zéker terug!😎

    Villa super !! Bien située et super grand, la piscine agréable,les femme de ménage passé 2 a 3 fois par semaine changer les draps serviettes etc.. Le gérant était à notre écoute nous avons passé de bonne vacances je vous recommande cette propriété
