客室は清潔で、ビジホと比較しても遜色はなく、また駐車場も無料＋敷地内で部屋まで徒歩20秒。価格も安いし、軽食も付いてくるので概ね満足。 ただ、部屋によってばらつきはあるようだが、道路から近い故の振動が酷く眠れなかったのは残念。無料の耳栓はフロントにあったが、振動なのであまり意味はないかも。

幹線道路沿いだから　多少の振動や騒音を覚悟していたが、道路から離れた部屋だったので　とても静かでした。部屋には冷凍冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、空気清浄機が有り快適に過ごせましたが、唯一エアコンの設定温度を30℃にしても　部屋が寒くて　夜中に何度も寒さで目が覚めてしまいました。

Google マップなどで騒音に関するコメントが多かったので、眠れるだろうかと不安になったのですが、実際に、私が泊まった部屋は騒音は全くなく、ベッドも非常に快適でぐっすり眠れました。冷凍食品に関しては利用しなかったので、何とも言えませんが、無料でついてくるのは非常にお得だと感じました。 宿泊した翌日は日光江戸村に行ったのですが、アクセスも良く、日光周辺の宿泊施設の単価と比べるとかなり割安に泊まれるので、助かりました。参考までに、2部屋予約して、妻は10歳の息子と一緒に、私は4歳の娘と一緒にダブルベットで寝ました。とても快適でした。 同じ並びの建物にコインランドリーがあったのも便利でした。

道路の音がうるさい

道路側から二列目のコンテナでした。特殊な建築方法で建てられていると、室内に案内状があり、騒音の心配は杞憂かと思いましたが、案の定、うるさかったです。特に私は女性だからかフロントでもらった耳栓が耳穴にあわなくて、音が遮断されず眠れない夜でした。フロントで冷凍のパスタやチャーハンをもらえましたが、朝からそれら濃い味付けのものを食べることが出来ず、結局返しました。部屋には湯沸かしポットはありますが紅茶や緑茶がないので、飲み物はフロントのコーヒーをフロントオープン時間内に取りに行くか、自動販売機のみになります。自動販売機の緑茶は売り切れが続いていました。 連泊して掃除はタオル交換、ゴミ捨てのみです。部屋は新しく機能的で清潔です。しかし入室の際、こもった空気の匂いが気になりました。日頃は換気はしていない様です。 新しいし、おしゃれで悪くはないけれど、コスパがよくない印象です。 ゴルフの前泊での利用だったので、ゴルフ場へのアクセスがよかった点は評価できます。
