Summary:

The Art Studio at Dykebeck Farm, is a unique property located in the beautiful hamlet of Dykebeck, just 2 miles from the market town of Wymondham.



Refurbished to a high standard throughout, The Art Studio is an old farm coach house which sleeps 2 people. With a king-sized bedroom, an open plan kitchen/living area with additional conservatory and outside space, this is a great place to escape for couples.



The Space:

The open plan living space comprises of the below:



Living Area - The cosy lounge has everything you need to relax; a comfy sofa, free Wi-Fi and Smart TV to enjoy. There is additional seating in the conservatory area.



Kitchen - The small yet perfectly formed kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook for two. This includes a compact fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, an all in one oven, grill, microwave and small 2 burner induction hob.



Bedroom 1 - Comfy king-size bed, with a freestanding bath. (Please note the bed frame is low to the floor).



Bathroom - Ground floor toilet, bath is located in the master bedroom along with a private quirky hot outdoor shower!



Grounds: Located in the beautiful grounds of Dykebeck Farm, The Art Studio has a private garden at your disposal. Equipped with sun loungers and BBQ (available by request only). Along with a private seating area hidden amongst the trees. It really is the perfect couples retreat.



Please note, there are stairs at this property and restricted heights in the bedroom due to this being in the eaves. The shower is located outside and is heated as photographed.



Parking: There is parking for one vehicle just to the right of The Art Studio.



Other Things to Note:

Please note we operate a contactless check-in via a key safe at the property. Guests will receive the check-in guide and key safe code 2 days prior to arrival.



Please note our resident black cat Luna may well pay you a visit, she is very friendly and more than happy to come inside for a fuss and snooze if she is allowed.



This is a strictly no smoking property.



An early check-in of 1pm is available for an additional fee of £10. Late check-out by 12pm is available for £10. Please request upon booking.



Interaction with Guests:

All guests have full use of the Art Studio and amenities with full privacy. However, we are easily contactable by phone, text or email if there are any problems.
