I was asked to make a payment outside of the Stayz app altogether. The fact they are hosting on Stayz means Stayz must be OK with this, but it felt weird and I was put off by it.It was not a good customer experience, it felt impersonal and robotic and is not what I use Stayz for. I felt overwhelmed and cheated, and I would not book with Airkeeper again.The property itself, is nothing like the listing. The space was tired, there were marks and stains on soft furnishings, there were random holes in the walls, the TV was wonky (and SOOOO far away from the couch it was hilarious) the back garden was nothing but dust, the outdoor table was dirty and the verandah had loose boards. The verandah doors were also covered in cobwebs.The 2nd bathroom is what I would describe as an outdoor storage space/laundry with a toilet and shower installed.The kitchen had 2 VERY dirty dish scrubbers and a sponge with old dried food mushed in, there was nothing to dry the dishes, and nothing to clean the outdoor table with.We were left 2 half rolls of loo paper, which was only 'just' enough :/It's quite obvious the owners of this property are not interested in properly maintaining it.Overall it was very disappointing, and I think the listing needs to be updated to reflect what you're actually getting.
