Cigarette smoke odor

Upon entering the room, we noticed a bad smell. Thought is was just ‘musty’. I later identified it as a ‘cigarette’ smell most especially coming from the bathroom. We thought perhaps they mistakenly booked us in a ‘smoking room’, In the morning, we saw a card in the room stating ‘Comfort is proud to be 100% smoke free’. Now, I’m upset. We checked out @ 8:30am and the lady named ‘Mish’ of our experience. She acknowledged that another customer had had the same complaint. This room was $178!!!! I asked if they would refund part of our money. She left to ask someone & came back informing us they couldn’t because we had booked our stay through you. My instant thought was, ‘well I guess I won’t be booking through them again’. Then I decided to make you aware of this situation in order to give you an opportunity to make this right by refunding a portion of our stay. I look forward to your response. Thank you

We stayed here while visiting family in the area. We love this hotel and plan to stay here when we come back next time. The beds were especially comfortable for my picky husband. The grandkids loved the pool.
