NO PARTIES ALLOWED. A $500 fee will be applied to any gatherings beyond 10 guests allowed. You will be asked to vacate property immediately

The host was awesome and very accommodating. It was well stocked and super clean. Perfect location for a ball tournament at Tyger River Park. We will definitely stay again if available during our next tournament.
