Hopetoun Villa - quiet getaway

Hopetoun Villa is a 2 bedroom fully self contained free standing villa, it offers all the comforts of home in a private and spacious setting for either small families or couples. Relax in the 2 metre free standing bath after a day of bushwalking, going to the beach or just taking in the beautiful escarpment surrounds. It is a fully self-contained accommodation with a fully equipped kitchen. Make yourself at home with espresso coffee maker smart TV with Netflix, WIFI and reverse cycle airconditioning. Enjoy the Local cafes and restaurants and supermarket which are close by. The beach is a short 5 minute drive away. Go for a bush walk, ride the bike path or walk the coastline.

Bedroom 1 that overlooks the garden is very spacious with a king bed, 32 inch smart t.v with netflix also has reverse cycle airconditioning.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with a 32 inch flat screen t.v with reverse cycle airconditioning.
The bathroom has a shower with shower rose and rain shower. There is also a very large 2 metre free standing bath. For your privacy and convienence there is a seperate toilet.

We were very happy with this place - it felt like a home (away from home!).The owner was very friendly and always available if needed. This place was very comfortable and clean with everything needed - will definitely recommend it (and stay again if possible!).

Excellent stay!

Thank you for having us! We were really impressed with the Houptoun Villa. It was great value, considering the convenient location and holiday season. Very close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. Very clean and comfortable. I was extra impressed by the little touches such as complimentary coffee pods. The host was also very helpful and provided great communication. We'd definitely come back!

There were not faults to find in this unit. Everything from owner communication to the cleanliness was perfect. The location, for us, was perfect, the beds and amenities were spot on! The unit was super clean and the beds were comfortable. Neil was more than accommodating with any questions or queries that we had. We would highly recommend staying here ... we would choose it again & again in preference to a motel!
