Located right on Pfarrsee—a beautiful lake perfect for swimming and fishing—are two vacation apartments in a former barn on a very well-maintained 6,000-square-meter residential and garden property. A small gate provides direct access to the swimming beach.
Both apartments have access to a furnished gazebo, a grill, bicycle storage, and one parking space per apartment.
The total price includes final cleaning and water consumption. To be paid on site: security deposit of €100; electricity and heating costs based on usage; bed linens and towels can be brought from home or rented. Bicycles can be rented for a fee. The entire property is exclusively for the guests’ use.
The apartment has central heating and also features an electric radiator (for use in summer if needed) and insect screens on the windows.
The town of Wokuhl is located directly on the eastern edge of the Müritz National Park, home to the Serrahn Beech Forest (UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site). The centrally located town of Wokuhl, situated between the royal seat of Neustrelitz (approx. 9 km), the waterfront town of Fürstenberg/Havel (approx. 14 km), and Lychen (approx. 15 km), offers numerous opportunities for day trips.
The region is rich in forests and lakes, offering ideal conditions for active vacationers and anglers. Neustrelitz is known for its historic market square, city center, warehouse and harbor areas, palace gardens, palace church, palace grounds, orangery, Slavic village, zoo, theater, dance company, and museum.
