Cute Flat a Couple miles from Jeremy Clarkson's pub, The Farmers Dog

We chose The Nook because of it's location in the Cotswolds! It is very charming and Vikki, the owner, is amazing! She was very responsive throughout the entire process! Upon our arrival she checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. She also checked in with us the next day to see if there was anything we needed! The check in and check out process was simple and straight forward. Vikki has really put thought into the Nook's decor and amenities. Even though we didn't use them, she had very nice robes for our use.We would highly recommend The Nook if you want to travel around and see the Costwolds and Jeremy Clarksons Farm Shop and pub, The Farmer's Dog. We spent our full day driving to all the little villages which were easy to access and didn't take a lot of time. We would highly recommend checking out Bourton on the Water. It is super cute.

What a gem

Absolutely fantastic 5 day stay at this lovely property in August. The host Vikki was there to meet us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome. There was a bottle of wine, homemade cakes and a pint of fresh milk which we thought was a nice touch. The accommodation ticked all the boxes and the property was spotless and everything looked brand new. Perfect location for visiting all the best rated villages in the Cotswolds. Lots of fabulous walks and the scenery was just amazing. We will definitely be looking to book again soon.

Lovely stay in the cotsworlds

My partner and I had a lovely say at the Nook. The property was lovely and felt really homely. The property had everything needed and Vikki even had homemade scones there for our arrival. The property was clean and tidy and well located, as well as sign posted easily in the welcome directions. Vikki was lovely and made us feel very welcome. We had a great stay and would love to visit again!

A shining cozy nook!

Absolutely all aspects were as described only better! Vikki and Simon are an absolute delight and go above and beyond w no prodding. The acxomodation is compact bit complete and again, absolutely a delight- well appointed and central to all our axtivities. We will be back!

A recommended little gem

We were recommended by a friend who had stayed recently. Every detail was covered and the accommodation was immaculate and spotlessly clean. The owner/host, Vikki communicated with us leading up to our visit. Wine and homemade cakes awaited us and Vikki texted to make sure we were okay. We cannot recommend this beautiful little place enough. We will return. Thank you Vikki (and Simon)

A Welcome Respite

We chose to come here to rest after a trans-Atlantic flight and to get over jet lag before joining friends and family for the holidays. The Nook was the perfect spot for doing that! The host's attention to detail and hospitality is A+. We highly recommend it.

Just plain excellent!

No other way to describe it - than excellent. Just a beautiful studio with everything you would need. Amazingly clean and looking like new. Very warm welcome from host with lots of helpful information about the area both from host and books/leaflets. Separate front door to studio which is why we chose it.

Lovely little getaway spot for Cotswolds

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at The Nook. Vikki was an excellent hostess, and frequently reached out to ask about our needs and to give us any updates she thought we might find useful. Absolutely Wonderful

Wow what an amazing place The Nook is. It is extremely clean and the decor is top class and had everything we needed. We had such a lovely welcome by the owners and they checked each day if we needed anything. We had a lovely bottle of wine and yummy homemade cakes to welcome us too. Its a great place for visiting Blenheim Palace and Waddesdon Manor National Trust is amazing. There are some lovely local pubs to eat. I totally recommend The Nook, you wont be disappointed.

Perfect place to stay

The Nook was absolutely lovely! Spotlessly clean and so well presented. A perfect spot to visit all the beautiful villages in the Cotswolds. Vikki was so welcoming and friendly.She made us some delicious Victoria sponge cupcakes. If you want to visit the Cotswolds this is the place to be. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Wonderful Getaway

An amazing property, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. All the furnishings and appliances are good quality and very stylish. Lovely garden to sit out in too. Great base for exploring the Cotswolds. Vikki is very friendly and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived, and the little extras like the wine and the cakes were much appreciated. We had a great time and would love to visit again. Highly recommended.

Great modern and cozy love nest!

Very welcoming host. Wine and Chocs on arrival! Perfect for our weekend away. Close to some fab cotswold villages. The lamb pub a taxi ride away served great food. Vikki our host even dropped us off!

A convenient location to access the Cotswolds for easy and beautiful walks in Minster Lovell or Burford. OS maps and guide books are provided in addition to thoughtful details in the studio that made our 4-day stay perfect. Vikki is attentive and caring, without being obtrusive. All aspects of the furnishings and appliances are top quality. Restaurants and pubs are nearby and plentiful. We loved staying here because it wasn’t in a a crowded area, and access to Heathrow by car was easy and done in less than 1.5 hours. We recommend a stay at the Nook to our friends and like-minded travelers.
