Schöne Ferienwohnung aber fürchterlicher Baulärm

Die Ferienwohnung macht einen schönen Eindruck und ist gut eingerichtet. Sie hat einen stolzen preis - dies erscheint auch im ersten Moment gerechtfertigt. In der Wohnung selbst störten uns nur die bette. Es gibt Boxspringbetten - die obere Matratze hat einen Plastikschonbezug. Das ist zum einen bestimmt praktisch, da nichts in die Matratze eindringen kann - der Nachteil ist aber dass sie absolut nicht athmungsaktiv ist. Man schläft zwar von der Federung her bequem aber halt auf einer Plasitiktüte (auf der natürlich ein Lahen ist,) Da die Oberbetten auch nicht aus Daune oder anderen Naturmaterialien sind sondern aus 100% Polyester lag man innerhalb kurzer Zeit in seinem eigene Schweiß. Mehr gestört hat allerdings der Baulärm von der Baustelle gegenüber. Schon um 7 Uhr morgens wurde man von der Säge geweckt, die die Betonsteine passend geschnitten hatte. Man arbeitet fleißig 6 Tage die Woche - da war es nichts mit Frühstück auf dem Balkon oder mit Schlafen und Fenster auf Kipp. Achtung - die Baustelle ist noch eine Weile da. Diese Beanstandung hat uns wirklich geärgert. Deshalb haben wir es in der Rezeption angegeben. Wir sollten 10% vom Buchungspreis erstattet bekommen, da bei Fe -Wo direkt kein Hinweis auf die Baustelle stand. Bekommen haben wir dann jedoch nur 6% von der Eigentümerin - ausgezahlt von der Rezeption. Ich habe dann über dieses Portal nochmal geschrieben - aber bis jetzt noch keine Antwort erhalten. Meine Nachricht war vom 16.08 - bis heute 27.08. gab es keine Antwort :-(

Klasse Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung

Genügend Stauraum, sehr gute Fenster (ruhiges Schlafen), vollständige Küche, gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Durch die sehr gute Lage war viel zu gucken, gleichzeitig schnelle Erreichbarkeit der Altstadt. Bäcker für Frühstücksbrötchen in der Nähe. Wir haben nichts von den Nachbarn aus den angrenzenden Wohnungen gehört, dadurch schön ruhig. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung sehr gerne weiter und würden auch wieder hinfahren. Wismar ist klasse, wir sind „Wismarfans“ geworden.
