The house has 2 bedrooms, gr. Living room, kitchen, sep. Essplatz, cloakroom, shower / WC and storage room enough space for 4 people and in the best south-facing slope you can on the fully furnished terrace incl. Grill the sun until late in the evening to enjoy and relax after an eventful day. The comfortably furnished living room with a view through the large picture windows overlooking the mountains, the Hillebachstausee and the place Niedernfeld is equipped with satellite TV, DVD player and radio. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a double bed, dessert, Alarm, 2 chairs, sink and mirror. Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds. A cot and highchair is also available. The self-contained kitchen has a coffee maker, coffee pad machine, electric stove and oven, plenty of cutlery and crockery, as well as a fridge and microwave.
Bed linen and towels can be booked. In that case, please contact us in good time before arrival. The costs are 10,00 Euro per bed and 8,00 Euro per towel set.

Nice retro styled house with great view
We enjoyed our stay very much in this roomy and quiet apartment. Everything we needed was present. Nice view and outdoor space and at good distance from the ski arena in Winterberg.

Prima verblijf
We hebben 3 heerlijke gedagen gehad in het leuke verblijf. Wel wennen dat de keuken boven was maar dat wende snel. Door het mooie weer hebben we heerlijk buiten kunnen zitten op het zonnige terras. Ondanks dat het terras niet helemaal vlak was er prima kunnen zitten met vieren. De gastvrouw was super vriendelijk. Wel vonden we de verlichting erg fel en op wat weinig punten. Dat mag wat gezelliger en sfeervoller.

Prima verblijf voor ons, maar voor oudere mensen en jonge kinderen zijn er teveel hoogteverschillen zowel in als buiten het huisje. Maar ondanks het slechte weer toch een fijne vakantie gehad.

Mein Mann, unsere Kinder (9 und 6 Jahre alt) und unser Hund haben einen schönen Urlaub in Niedersfeld/Winterberg verbracht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von unserer Vermieterin empfangen. Sie hat uns alles gezeigt, tolle Empfehlungen für Unternehmungen gegeben und hat bei Fragen gerne weiter geholfen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hat ausreichend Platz für uns. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und darüber hinaus noch Bücher, Gesellschaftsspiele und Spielsachen für die Kinder. Die Aussicht von der Terasse ist ganz zauberhaft. Das Haus ist nicht barrierefrei, aber absolut toll gelegen. Den Hillebachsee erreicht man zu Fuß in 5 Minuten. Mit Bademöglichkeit, Wasserskianlage, Bar-/Restaurant, super Spielplatz, Wasserspielplatz, Fußball und Basketballplatz und Hundefreilauffläche. Man kann dort auch wunderbar spazieren gehen. Der Bäcker im Dorf ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Supermarkt ebenfalls im Ort. In der nahen Umgebung kann man sehr viel unternehmen. Adventuregolf, Bowling, Schwimmen, Erlebnisberg Kappe, tolle Wanderwege die für Familien geeignet sind (Besuch in der TouristenInfo Winterberg sehr zu empfehlen, nur 10km vom Ferienhaus entfernt und sehr nette und kompetente Infos), Bergwerk, verschiedene Museen und tolle Spielplätze. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in einer tollen Unterkunft und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns spontan entschieden über die Osterfeiertage weg zu fahren. Die Entscheidung viel auf dieses Ferienhaus. Als wir angekommen sind ,standen frische Eier von den eigenen Hühnern auf dem Tisch. Was wir sehr toll fanden. Die Betten waren bezogen , was wir gar nicht gewöhnt sind. Es ist ein sehr individuelles Haus. Sehr schön gelegen . Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Gastgeber sehr zu vorkommend und nett. Wir würden immer wieder dort Urlaub machen. Danke für alles und danke , das wir unsere Nele mitbringen durften.

Traum-Gastgeber
Ich bin mit Hund verreist und habe mich für dieses süße Häuschen entschieden und keine Sekunde bereut. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Das Häuschen ist super gepflegt und sehr sauber (neues Badezimmer, tolle kleine Terasse und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet). Die Bettwäsche hat toll gerochen, die Handtücher wie neu, alles tip top :-) Und die Gastgeber sind zuckersüß. Ich kam mit meinen Allwetterreifen den Berg nicht hoch. Sie holten mich samt Gepäck und Hund ab und brachten uns in die Unterkunft, schaufelten noch schnell Schnee und halfen beim Tragen. Außerdem waren sie telefonisch jederzeit erreichbar. Insgesamt kann ich sagen, es war einfach toll. Die Gegend ist wunderschön (Wälder, See, Berge), die Unterkunft ist super gelegen und sehr gepflegt und die Gastgeber ein Träumchen! Hund und ich kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Zeit :-)
