A Peaceful Tiny House Escape
Welcome to our cozy tiny house — a peaceful place to slow down and enjoy nature while still being close to both Amsterdam and Utrecht.
Wake up to birds singing and enjoy beautiful views over the green meadow where cows and sheep graze. It’s the perfect place to escape busy city life and spend a few relaxing days surrounded by nature.
Next to the property runs a private water dike, where you can sit by the water or try some fishing. Across the street you’ll find a larger dike and recreation area ideal for walking, swimming, canoeing, and enjoying the open Dutch landscape.
Private Garden & Covered Terrace
The tiny house has a spacious private garden with trees, plants, and flowers where you can relax, read, or enjoy the sunshine.
There is also a covered terrace with glass windows facing the meadow — a lovely spot to sit outside while still being protected from wind or rain (which can happen in the Dutch countryside!). From here you can enjoy the peaceful green grass views in comfort.
A picnic table and BBQ are available for outdoor meals, and children can discover the hidden tree hut tucked among the greenery.
At night the area becomes wonderfully quiet — perfect for stargazing and unwinding.

The tiny house can accommodate up to 4 guests.

• Living room couch that converts into a sofa bed (140×200) for 2 guests
Fresh bed linens and towels are provided.

Super Lage, ruhig, umgeben von Wasser haben wir uns in der grünen Oase richtig wohl gefühlt. Alles was man braucht vorhanden. 2 Terrassen , eine davon am Wasser war ganz hervorragend, Fischfanggarantie!

Our stay was very great! The House is really cozy and well furnished. We loved the nature & the privacy our favourite part was definitely the Cows in front of the panorama Window and the big TV is great for movie nights. We are absolutely coming back the owners are so lovely and friendly aswell 10/10 service in every way.

Sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft mit fantastischem Ausblick. Besonders Abends zum Sonnenuntergang. Man ist schnell in Utrecht und Amsterdam. Bei Fragen zum Objekt gab es immer schnell und zuverlässig Rückmeldungen vom Vermieter.

Tot rust komen
Wat was dit fijn. Ons verblijf in de caravan was heerlijk. Wij kwamen hier voor de rust en na drie nachten gingen wij heerlijk uitgerust weet naar huis. De caravan is prima. Gezellig ingericht en met een uitgebreide keuken (voor campeerbegrippen) de badkamer was prima, goede, fijne douche ook. De omgeving was prachtig. We hebben heerlijk gewandeld aan het water, door het groen. Ook een rondje hardlopen met zonsopgang was fantastisch mooi. De tuin, met hangmat was ook fijn. Vanaf de weg is de caravan niet te zien en ook dat is heerlijk. Al met al een super fijn, relaxt verblijf.

Prachtige locatie!
Beslist aan te raden als u van uw privacy houdt. Een caravan, die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Tot zelfs een professioneel koffieapparaat en airfryer aan toe!
Daarnaast de mooi aangelegde privé-tuin, waar het bij mooi weer goed vertoeven is.

Der Wohnwagen war unfassbar süß eingerichtet, es wurde wirklich alles aus dem Objekt rausgeholt was irgendwie geht
Für 2-3 Personen ideal
Sehr schöne Umgebung, mitten im grünen.
