The best shower

The room smelled a little tiny bit like dogs BUT that was fine because it was clear this hotel was made for people with dogs and dogs that is bound to happen. The air conditioner helped so after a few minutes of running that, it was hardly noticeable. The shower was the absolute best. Roll in shower, sturdy seat and handheld sprayer in the handicap accessible room.desk chair and little desk were on wheels and they were very convenient.

Hotel is nicely located. Good amenities and cool design. Only negative is that the room was much smaller than expected. No traditional closet was also an adjustment.

We waited over 30 minutes to be checked in. During that time, the front desk employee Ella was texting back and forth with you (Caitlin) but rather than resolving the issue promptly, nothing improved. As a manager myself, I found it completely unacceptable that you did not call the front desk employee directly or step in personally to provide assistance. Texting in a situation where guests are left waiting for such an extended period is inadequate and unprofessional. Additionally, our personal information was left exposed on an incidental sheet at the front desk while the only employee on duty was occupied assisting us and another couple to their rooms. This not only caused further delays but also created a serious breach of privacy. The lack of proper managerial action left us with a very poor first impression. As a guest, I expect efficiency, professionalism, and security—none of which were delivered in this instance.
