Patch of Paradise is exactly that, Paradise! This 3 bedroom ocean front townhouse has covered parking, 2 ocean front balconies, and 2 sound view balconies.

The first floor of this unit has an open living and dining room area with plenty of seating. The living area has a large L Shaped couch for movie nights, and the dining room table can sit 8! The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need for a meal in, and plenty of space for cooking! Off the living room is a large ocean front balcony with stairs down to the sandy ocean walkway. This floor also has the first bedroom; it has two twin beds, a sound facing balcony, and there is a full size bathroom in the hallway.

Upstairs you will find the remaining two bedrooms, and the washer/dryer. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and a pyramid bunk bed, a full private bathroom, and a sound facing balcony. The master bedroom is oceanfront with a large walk in closet, private master bathroom, and a spacious ocean front balcony. Both ocean front balconies have views of Crystal Pier and are great for dolphin watching! Make sure to book your stay today in this unique unit, you will love the ocean and the sound!

Patch of a Paradise was just that! Great location on the beach. Patios galore that made it where teenagers and adults could have their privacy with a view! We loved it!

Long weekend

I came with my wife and 3 kids. We went into the weekend having never stayed here before and hoping the other reviews were accurate...they were. The location is great, the place was very clean and the management company was easy to deal with. The only reason the place is a 4 versus a 5 is that it’s slightly dated as you can see by the pictures and the AC doesn’t work great upstairs...it was a little warm. With that being said we would definitely stay here again.
