Nice hotel, green pool

The room was pretty nice. I did notice there was carpet peeled away from the wall by the window and some mold growing. Also, the pool was green and could not be used. We were there for a soccer tournament and the kids were looking forward to the pool.

The overall is quite good. I found a piece of hair on the towels so I ended up using my own. Other than this, the room is big and breakfast is nice. The service is so good.

Wrong room after request

I had specifically requested a room with 2 queen size beds but was given a room with 1 king. While I appreciated the assumed "upgrade" it was not what I needed. The front desk clerk quickly resolved the situation and provided the room style that I requested.

A little disappointed.

Fire Alarm went off and we had to wait outside during the breakfast time for more than 45 minutes. Room TV wasn't working, so i was not able to watch the games during our stay. I called the desk and they say "you can go to the lobby to watch TV".

Needs Remodeling and Better Service

This hotel is definitely nearing the point where it needs a remodel. The beds are extremely firm and uncomfortable. The breakfast eggs were clearly artificial and left sitting in a steamer, making them soggy and unappetizing. The shower had almost no water pressure, making it difficult and time-consuming to bathe. Despite requesting housekeeping twice, our room was never cleaned. The pool area also appeared much smaller in person than it did in the photos.
