Great location and clean house

Great location between UNCW and downtown. House was very clean and well appointed. The neighborhood was a bit industrial and had no sidewalk to walk my dog, but otherwise it was a terrific home.

The Condo was very beautiful and comfortable . The kitchen was well stocked with all of your cooking needs. The owners and care taker were very prompt The view was unbelievable! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Cute small little house, great for staying with kids!

It’s a small house but for the size, the set up of the house works great even with a family. We stayed here with our 4 kids under 7 and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A cleanly house (though there was dog hair on the couch, but I know it’s a pet friendly house, too!) and a very responsive owner. An entirely fenced in yard which worked out great for our kids to play.

Wilmington rental

The house itself was very charming. Perfect for a girls weekend. The area was not charming. This house is located very close to the train tracks. Extremely loud! The area was not what I expected. The owners did a great job making the interior comfortable and cozy. We did not spend any time outside.
