The apartment was built in 2022 on the Historic RT 66. It has a very spacious living area, a brand new furniture, fully equipped kitchen, clothes washer and dryer. There are 2 parking spaces available. An AC unit to be installed in May 2023. Conveniently located off I-40. The property is approximately a 55 minute drive to The Grand Canyon. Approximately a 5 minute drive to Bearizona. Approximately a 10 minute drive to The Deer Farm and Petting Zoo. Approximately a 2 minute drive to the train station. And approximately a 3 minute drive to The Canyon Coaster Adventure Park. It is just a few minute walk to downtown Williams with numerous restaurants, shopping, The Williams Zip line and historical scenery. Property manager is on the premises. Sorry no pets.
