Very clean and new facility with friendly and helpful staff. Can park for free. Restaurant on site for breakfast lunch and dinner. Also includes bar. Rooms were rarely spaced, warm shower, and bed was comfortable. Would stay again!

The property was conveniently located which was walkable to shops and restaurants. Over look the water where the cruise boats come in. Very nice pool and daily breakfast was good for on the go and sit and enjoy with a tv in the booth.

This was a newer property. It was extremely clean! I was comfortable in my room. The staff was very nice. Dotti was personable and called me by my first name. The breakfast was good. I had eggs, bacon, sausage, bread, fruit, deli meats 7 cheeses daily and it was included in my room price. This hotel was walking distance of the floating bridge. I stopped at Plaza Bieu for some local food... which was inexpensive and delicious. The hotel was very close to shopping and 15 minutes from the airport. The airport shuttle was about $35. The pool was beautiful and you can see the beach from the hotel. I only had 2 issues. There were ants in the room (as I read in a previous review). They were on the counter where I had my snacks and juice. So, I everything in the fridge. The next day I saw an ant in the fridge. I found about 4-5 ants in my bed. It was only a small handful of ants, so it didn't ruin my view of this wonderful hotel. However, on my last day there were these NASTY red juicy worms crawling around the room. I saw a few in the hallway and a few in my room. Now THAT grossed me out!!! I am very glad I did not see them until the last day. This stay was extremely comfortable until the worms. Hopefully they can get that under control.

The place was so clean, and the room spacious. The view from the balacony was amazing, everyday we seen the different cruise ships docks. The bed was so dreamy and comfy. The pool was clean and large and they also offer food(you pay seperately). The Renaissance plaza is a 8 minute walk wuth shops and food.The cons- Dining is very limited. I wish there were more dining options. They do state breakfast is not included but you can purchase breakfast. We did once and the breakfast was mediocre.

The property was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was great and breakfast was awesome with many choices. We loved the pool but pool bar needed some supplies. We wanted a pina collada and they were unable to accommodate us. We had a bloody Mary but they again didn't have the ingredients to make unless someone went to inside bar to retrieve. We do wish the room had a refrigerator and not a cooler but we made it work. The shower was awesome...they do use the sun to heat the water so it was never hot but definitely comfortable The room was nice and we would definitely return.

Hotel was great overall, only area to improve, which is a main one is service, specially at the bar/restaurant. Since its a business traveler focused hotel, not only tourist oriented, sometimes is important to peceive when to hurry up a little bit. Other than that, hotel and their people is top of the line.
