Guest Access:

Guests have the entire villa to themselves, including the private pool, garden and terrace. The villa is located in a secure gated community. Check-in is in person with our concierge.

Villa Vivian is located in the Vredenberg gated community in Willemstad, a quiet residential setting with easy access to beaches, restaurants and supermarkets.



Getting Around:

The closest beach, restaurants, gym and the Vredenberg pharmacy are about a 5-minute drive; the grocery store is about 8 minutes and the airport about 30 minutes by car. A rental car is recommended for exploring the island. Our concierge can arrange a rental car, taxis or airport transfers.



Other Things to Note:

- The rate is based on 6 guests using 3 bedrooms

- Electricity included up to 40 kWh per day; water included up to a daily allowance; over-usage is charged after departure at $0.55 per kWh and $8 per m³ water

- Mandatory extra cleaning for stays longer than 7 nights

- The minimum stay varies by season and is shown when you book

- Check-in 3:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM; late check-out after 11:00 AM costs $50, subject to availability
