Large holiday home on the dike with a winter garden, garden and terrace

Our holiday home is located directly on the old dike at Rüstersiel.
It has a beautiful garden with a terrace and a winter garden with an automatic winter garden awning so that you can sit in the winter garden in peace and quiet even in summer when the temperature is pleasant.

The house has 4 bedrooms + 1 baby room / children's room, 3 bathrooms +1 guest toilet (total of 4 bathrooms) and a large living and dining area. Overall, the house is very spacious and can accommodate up to 10 people.

Furnishing:
4 bedrooms with double beds (the double room on the ground floor is equipped with a third bed), 1 of which has a separate dressing room that can also be used as a children's room or as a baby bedroom.
3 bathrooms, each with a shower, a total of 3 showers! There is also an additional guest toilet on the ground floor.

Balcony, winter garden and terrace with sun loungers and garden seating, barbecue facilities including a large grill (see pictures)
3-4 parking spaces on the property.

A wood stove can be seen in the photos. It is not specifically advertised as it is only used as a decoration in the house.

The house is located in a quiet residential area (30 zone) directly on the dike.
(Attention --- the beach is not directly behind the dike)
It has an ingrown garden that invites you to relax in the countryside and also offers space for children to play.
Several playgrounds, soccer field, new BMX and scooter track and a cool basketball court with table tennis are in the vicinity.
Bathing opportunities in the North Sea resort of Hooksiel or in the Nautimo adventure pool can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
Shops can also be reached quickly (bakery, supermarket, post office, kiosk). In the district of Rüstersiel there are three restaurants that are within walking distance.
The city center can be reached by bus or by car in 10 minutes.

Our prices include WiFi, electricity, gas, water and parking.
Attention:
The mattresses are all covered with fitted sheets on arrival. And the duvets (135cm x 200cm) and pillows (80cm x 80cm) lie naughty on the beds.
Please bring bed linen and shower towels.

Smaller towels (50cm x 100cm) and tea towels are on site.
Salt, pepper, toilet paper, household paper and many other useful little things are also on site.

There is no tourist tax (there are no hidden costs)
... but there is a bakery nearby ;-)
