Our Sequoia Model is a LIKE NEW DESIGNER HOME with a great location in THE VILLAGES, close to Brownwood Square, Edna's on the Green and the new, exciting East Port area. With 1 King and 2 Queen beds, walk-in closets and 2 full baths this lovely property provides all the comforts of home. Complete with amenities like WiFi, AC, Smart TVs, washer and dryer, coffee and wine station, guests can relax and unwind during their stay. The guest quarters can be closed off for privacy. And there is a screened lanai and BBQ grill on the patio outside. There is so much to do in The Villages, hiking, biking, golfing, pickleball, shuffleboard, pools and LIVE MUSIC every night of the week at No Charge to you. The DeLuna Recreation Center is a short walk away and our 4-seater golf cart will get you anywhere you would like to go in The Villages. Take in a Broadway-like show or concert, shopping galore and restaurants at every turn. And if that's not enough, it is a short drive to the beaches of Daytona and Clearwater, Kennedy Space Center and, of course, Disney World.
