The hotel was clean, quiet and overall very pleasant. The front desk lady ( which I wish I could remember her name) was absolutely wonderful! She helped us find restaurants and was just a smiling face that interacted with you!!! Cookies and breakfasts were great! Only one disappointment was when I booked a room with a balcony thinking it was gonna be a room from the pictures and instead it was a balcony ground level right next to the parking lot.

This place is overpriced for the quality of the entire experience. Hotel is still being renovated, walls are NOT insulated properly. Coffee maker is situated on the corner of the tiny sink just above …the toilet. $400 per night ! Never again.

The property looked modern and upscale in the pictures and looked like it was worth the price. However the hotel rooms are old. Theyve remodeled the lobby but not the rooms yet. The view was ok but not worth the price.

The front desk, lobby area, and breakfast area were fine. There was still construction going on at the property and to be fair they should have shut down the building until construction was complete. The pool area could have been upgraded as there were cracks all over. On the website it says that you can get stuff for smores but the first night we stayed they didn't have propane for the fire pits to even have smores. It says you can on the website. I understand that the property was being renovated but we should not have had to pay $530 a night to be fair. It wasn't worth that in my opinion. Holiday Inn and Best Western were better options and were cleaner. Overall the stay wasn't horrible.

Great finish of our trip to Glacier National Park! Property is very clean, offers great options for breakfast. Very comfortable beds - just what we needed after a week of hiking! Walking distance from downtown shops, restaurants and Depot Park.

Over-priced DUD

The hotel was under construction. The drilling below our room was noisy. The breakfast was awful the eggs were watery pudding. Check in was not welcoming, no introduction about bikes, of kayaks for river. No bar, no dining. Tourist trap. Highly over priced for what you get. I will never stay here again.
