Just minutes away from the Northumberland Ferry, Cape Bear Lighthouse, and gorgeous natural beaches, Farshore Farmhouse is a great place to get away from the busyness of life. This three-bedroom, two-bath house is bright, clean, and spacious, perfect for a couple's vacation or a family trip. The upstairs queen bedroom has a cozy chair to curl up with a coffee and take in the island scenery. The bunk room has three twin beds, perfect for a family travelling together. The main floor bedroom is a cozy escape directly across from a full bathroom, easily accessible for those with mobility needs. The kitchen and butler's pantry are equipped with ample counterspace, and even a second sink for easier food prep and cleanup. The dining room can accommodate full family dinners or casual meals for two. Enjoy not only the scenic views of marine wildlife but also the benefits of country living with a farmstand right next door bursting with delicious, home-grown veggies, eggs, and sourdough bread. Also keep watch for the legendary "Ghost Ship of the Northumberland Strait," which has been sighted off the southern coast from time to time for the last 240 years.
