The price is very reasonable first of all. The place is a good size and very clean. The location is so close to everything. I love that it’s a suite and we can use the stove, laundry etc.

We would of liked a bit of window view. From the area we stayed an elevator access to the main village would of been great. My mom is 88 and had to walk up and down stairs to get to the main village. I don't know if there was a elevator did that or I missed that in the itinerary. Otherwise it was a great overall experience.

Great area, right in the heart of the village. Easy access and walkable. Room was clean and kitchen was very handy to have, place is a bit dated but still a great location.The room I had was the Bachelor with a Murphy bed and pull out couch. Murphy bed was comfortable and clean. Fairly quiet area at especially at night, you can hear people going about their day but didn't bother me. I would stay here again

The self-check-in and check-out, and self-parking were fine, as long as you read carefully the instructions sent to your email. The room service was not available after sunset, I believe. We phoned the front desk to request more quilts, no service for the evening time, we must wait until the next day, around 11 am for someone to deliver to the room. We requested the second day's coffee by phone, the front desk said she would have someone send the coffee bag, but no one came up at all, we ended up buying coffee the next morning. If they add a staff for after-hours delivery service, it would be great.

Amazing stay in deluxe room. Very well thought through: laundry detergent, coffee etc ready in the room, and kitchen was perfect. Location was perfect as well.

The unit I stayed in was quite small and noisy, which made for a less than comfortable experience. It was difficult to relax due to the constant disturbance. Hopefully, they can improve soundproofing and space in the future.
