I enjoyed my stay at The Summit Lodge. The location was excellent and very quiet at night. There are great shops near the hotel. A supermarket across the street, restaurants and an excellent vitamin shop called Quantum Health. They were helpful and had a great selection of vitamins and sports supplements. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub. We will definitely be back again.

This property is in an excellent location and the room has good facilities. However as a dog friendly hotel it has a lot of dogs staying so is not great for asthma sufferers or people with pet allergies. The room and all common areas smelled strongly of dog and there was a very noisy dog next door that barked a lot. The sofa bed had crumbs on the sheets, the air con was super noisy and blew on the bed on one speed only. In summary great if you want a hotel where dogs are super welcome but not if you want a pet free break.

This property was absolutely amazing. We had a one bedroom suite that was new, clean and beautiful. There was a smart TV with Internet access and the apartment was very tastefully decorated with two balconies. Besides an abundance of restaurants to choose from there was also very nice supermarket directly across the street where you could buy anything your heart desires. We spent three days in Whistler, did a lot of hiking, outdoor dining, and enjoyed the beautyful nature, as well as the energy of the Whistler village, we will definitely be coming back to Summit Lodge for more.
