The Space:

Snow falls softly across the evergreens as you sink into the warmth of your private hot tub, steam rising against the crisp Whistler air. Inside, the glow of the fireplace reflects off timber beams and stone accents, creating a cozy retreat after a day on the slopes. Here, the mountain quiet surrounds you, yet the adventure begins right outside your door with ski-in/ski-out access to the Dave Murray trail and Creekside Gondola.



Living spaces

Vaulted ceilings, cedar detailing, and large picture windows frame mountain and forest views throughout the open living area. Gather on comfortable seating beside the gas-assisted wood-burning fireplace or unwind with a movie on the TV. A dedicated workspace offers a quiet corner to catch up on work, complete with a mini bar fridge for convenience.



Kitchen & dining

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with Sub-zero and Miele appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials for cooking your own meals. Enjoy breakfast at the three-seat bar or share dinners at the dining table for eight while snow drifts outside.



Sleeping arrangements

The retreat sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms and a den. The upper floor features a queen bedroom with TV and private balcony, a den with a twin bunk bed, and a full bathroom with soaker tub, shower, and double vanity. On the lower floor, a queen bedroom and another with two bunk beds share a bathroom with a double vanity and bathtub-shower combination. The fourth bedroom includes a king-split bed, TV, and ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower.



Outdoor living

Step out to the balcony to take in sweeping views of Whistler Mountain or prepare an evening meal on the BBQ grill. After skiing, the lower deck’s private hot tub offers the perfect place to unwind beneath the trees.



Convenience & amenities

The home includes a single-car garage with gear storage and a boot dryer, plus additional driveway parking. Enjoy in-unit washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, heating, and self check-in with a smart lock. Essentials, bed linens, and toiletries are provided for a seamless stay.



Ski access

For intermediate skiers, the Dave Murray trail connects directly to the Creekside Gondola, offering true ski-in/ski-out convenience from late December through March.



Neighborhood

Located in the peaceful Taluswood neighborhood, the property offers forest seclusion while being just a short drive from Creekside’s restaurants, shops, and gondola. In winter, the slopes are your backyard; in summer, nearby trails invite scenic hikes and bike rides.



This 2,600 sq ft chalet blends alpine comfort with all the essentials of home, inviting you to relax, recharge, and experience Whistler’s mountain beauty season after season.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Taluswood is perched high on Whistler Mountain in the peaceful Nordic neighbourhood, offering a quiet, forested setting with sweeping mountain views. With direct access to ski trails leading to Creekside, it’s ideal for intermediate skiers and snowboarders looking for a true slopeside experience. In summer, guests enjoy nearby hiking and biking trails, along with the serenity of being above the bustle of the village. Due to its secluded location, Taluswood is best suited for guests with a vehicle. While there’s no public transit in the immediate area, Creekside’s shops, restaurants, and gondola are just a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy both nature and convenience.

Other Things to Note:

• Quiet hours. Strictly enforced community bylaws state that 'Quiet times are between 10 PM and 8 AM' therefore spa use is restricted to outside these hours

• The Heights is a non-smoking complex. Smoking or vaping anywhere within the home or outside is not permitted and may result in a $500 fine

• Not pet-friendly. This home has a strict no-pets policy and can result in a $500 fine

• No parties. Event celebrations or parties are allowed on this property

• No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms

• Vehicle restriction. Trailers and other recreational vehicles such as ATV's, Snowmobiles, Watercraft of any kind, RV's, campers are not permitted in the complex.
