Cute and Private apt

The space is a dream to stay in. The decor is tasteful, there’s amenities galore, and the location close to a lot. It’s a quiet neighborhood and safe for a single woman. I’ll be back again!

Never again! W3 unit was not the one we reserved. It was much smaller and in poor condition from what was shown in the unit (W2) that we booked. (Not sure how the units were switched but the property manager blamed it on the Evolve Booking System.) Booking website is deceptive (walking distance to lake? LOL) and does not clearly identify different units… W1, W2, W3, etc. Unit was not fit at all for an elderly couple of which one is disabled. Kitchen poorly accessorized and college dorm sized refrigerator too small and cheaply built into wall. Parking on opposite side of old rotted structure so had to park far away from crooked rotted old porch with loose steps and wobbly railing. No creature comforts or Accessible Safety items in the whole unit. Bugs everywhere so I guess the dozens of ant traps weren’t helping much. Saggy uncomfortable and dirty old furniture that required numerous stacked pillows to make them uncomfortably useable. Main entrance door stuck at every use and sliding doors on bedroom and bathroom kept falling off rails and were pure hell to deal with at night. Short mini toilet and not even one grab bar in shower/tub only added to the unsafe conditions. Overall out dated and cramped conditions only exacerbated by numerous throw rugs and rubber floor pads with edges sticking up as trip hazards. Front porch had mold on rotting railings and crooked leaning floor. Will never rent there again, no way, no how. Awefull!!!
