Booked the room solely for our kids to swim in the pool.Upon calling to check pool hours the receptionist informed us the pool was closed for the season (indoor pool).We asked for a refund and they initially said no but after talking to the manager they agreed to..I called a few days later to check on the status of the refund and she said it was processing..when I called back a week and a half later to see what was going on with it the receptionist said she’d have to talk to her manager because she wasn’t sure if they would be able to refund..So I feel like they lied about it..not to mention they didn’t have it listed that the pool was closed.Bad business.Still no refund

The lobby had so much air freshener it was hard to breathe. The heater in the room hadn’t been turned on all year and it blew smoke and dust all over the room, the bathroom had not been cleaned or mopped in weeks. They served rotten apples, and rotten cream cheese and really bad powdered eggs, stale English muffins, and rock hard biscuits. The waffle maker was broken, the toaster was broken. The pool was closed for the winter, even though it is indoors.

I was there for over 10 days. The whole time, during my stay, the laundromat was not available. Didn’t seem to be in any hurry to get it fixed. 100’s of construction workers and contractors staying at hotel and no way, other then to leave the facility after working all day, to wash clothes.

The room smelled like someone had been smoking in it and we had a non-smoking room. The breakfast was probably one of the worst I’ve had ever. The eggs were grainy and the bread was stale. The keycards kept getting demagnetized so I had to go down to the front to get them fixed on multiple occasions. However the staff was nice, the place was quiet.

Worse experience ever !! Unfortunately I booked base on the Reviews !, it has 8.2 and it’s a total scam! Fly from California, to get to a hotel that is likely to be more as a Motel not a hotel ! The mattress was completely noticeable sagging and uncomfortable bumps, I didn’t sleep the whole night ! There was bugs at the room ! I ask kindly trying to get my refund back talking to the manager explaining them the hotel was a total scam since they get the survey from customer! Not from actual reviews ! I paid over 119 per night , I call Expedia to help get my money back ! I booked it for 4 nights, I only stayed one night ! And unfortunately till the third day ! I haven’t received my money back ! Their policy won’t reimburse me the nights I didn’t stayed !! Now the manager told me it can take up to 10 business days to get 2 credit days ! Back !! It’s a horrible experience! A total scam !!! Please think twice before booking at this place ! Take as a motel not a hotel !! Not a 8.2 review it’s more likely to be 3 !! It’s a total scam

This place was nasty. I found it incredibly interesting that I never got an email to rate this place. It’s because it’s yucky. Reeks of cigarette smoke and old. Rooms are falling apart and outdated. Would not recommend staying here.
