Pro: VERY convenient location with a good amount of dedicated, free parking, plus decent amenities for (non-winter) visiting. Housekeeping staff very friendly. Con: A/C is very loud and is showing its age. Tub is surprisingly slippery with no antislip mat. Breakfast buffet needs more variety (especially protein) and, surprisingly for being in Kelowna in the summer, not enough fresh fruit.

Very clean hotel which is what is expected when booking a Marriott brand. The breakfast was great, we did not know it was included with our stay. Also the vouchers for the hotel restaurant were an added bonus. The pool and slide were great except the slide was only open when they could get a lifeguard to supervise otherwise it was closed.

Terrible!!

It would have been 5 stars but we got the WORST room in the hotel (room 2010)! Apparently there were no other rooms available when we checked in at 5 (strange!). But our room faced the water slide! So there was no view of the lake that I had requested, AND we had kids at the top of the slide peeking in to our room until 11 PM! Also the bright pool light was beaming into our room until midnight. So awful and unpleasant. Could we have shut the blinds? Yes! But we stayed in this particular hotel because of “the views.” The first photo was midday, the second was at 11 PM!! What a disappointment!

Great extended stay

We spent 12 days exploring the Okanagan Valley. Hotel was great in all respects. Location was very good. Lots of good food near by. Good wineries. lovely views of the lake. Staff were friendy, knowledgeable and helpful.

I had to travel to Kelowna for a surgery for my dog. I chose to stay in West Kelowna as it is a bit quieter and i assume cleaner than downtown Kelowna. There is plenty or outdoor space arou d the parking lot for dogs to toilet, and bags and garbage cans are provided. The room was well appointed and clean. Staff was friendly. I would definitely stay again.

We selected a room with a lake view. The lake was at some distance, beyond a golf course, but it was very nice to be able to relax in the room with a scenic view. Other hotels in Kelowna had similar prices, but not such a nice location. [Opposite the lakeside, is a Home Depot, so not all rooms have good views.] The room seemed new and very clean. We had a very nice stay.
