Clean, Comfortable, and Close. Staying at our home you are about two minutes from the west entrance to Glacier National Park, the village of West Glacier, the Middle Fork of the Flathead River, and a public golf course. We are a fully licensed, inspected, and insured vacation rental property and are located in a nice neighborhood on a very private 1 acre. When you look out through our property you are looking into the park. The property has a large private lawn and is surrounded by mature trees. It's a great place to take a quiet evening neighborhood walk down to the river or you can walk to West Glacier for an ice cream in about 20 minutes. You can't beat our location for convenience to the park and other local amenities. We recently purchased and remodeled the entire house. The house is air conditioned and all the beds are new with quality mattresses. The house has lots of large windows and natural light with a glacier park decorating theme throughout. There are horseshoe pits and lawn games available as well. The house is a ranch-style with a full finished basement. We have a smart TV you can use to access any streaming subscriptions you may have like Netflix or Hulu. We also have high speed satellite internet which is the best available in our rural area. The house has two bedrooms on the main floor and a third downstairs. The main floor master bedroom has a full bath and queen bed and the other main floor bedroom has a queen bed with a full bathroom right outside the door. We also have a queen pullout couch and a queen futon couch/bed available for sleeping in the living room on the main floor. The downstairs bedroom has twin beds and the downstairs living area has a high quality double sized futon couch/bed. All the kitchen appliances are new and the kitchen is well equiped. We have all the basics so no need to bring or buy basic kitchen supplies like salt and pepper, dish/hand soap, or paper towels. There is a gas grill available for outdoor cooking or the kids can toast marshmallows and hot dogs over the gas fire pit on skewers. This is a great property with a very convenient location to West Glacier entrance. It was clean and we enjoyed sitting out back at the picnic table and playing horse shoe.

Beautiful condo. Very convenient to the entrance of the Going to the Sun Road. Lots of eateries close by. coffee pot took about 20 to 25 minutes to complete brew cycle. Cheap toilet paper. Bathrooms very small. Shower door on hall bath very difficult to move. Very thin pillows. These are minor issues compared to the roomy and beautiful accommodations. Weren’t in the house much except for sleeping. Beautiful outdoor for activity.

This house worked well for our family’s men’s trip. We cooked all of meals and the kitchen was well equipped for such. Horseshoes in the back yard was a nice distraction. Rooms were adequate and were clean.

Instead of location, location, location I would describe our stay as Quick, quiet, close and convenient. Check in was easy, house was located in a quiet area and private. Accommodations were perfect for what we needed for our stay with 5 Adults. Amenities were just as described and it was great having a full kitchen and access to a washer/dryer, barbecue pit, and fire pit. Finally, the physical location of the house could not be closer to the park entrance.

Home away from home

My friends and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was the perfect home away from home. It's in a great location, close to shops, restaurants and the West park entrance. The house is very comfortable and cozy, we enjoyed it as our home base after long days outside. Easy check in/out. Drive slowly around the area though, lots of deer walking through (which added to the beauty).

GNP Vacation

Great location!

Clean property and plenty of space for four of us. Kitchen was well equipped. Bunch of seating in the upstairs living room but there is no TV in there. TV was downstairs which we didn’t really watch anyway. Couldn’t have asked for a better location, few minutes from small grocery store, food places and west glacier entrance.

Fantastic mountain home!

We had a wonderful time here! There was plenty of space for all of us. The location was fabulous and the house had everything we needed. We watched deer, ground squirrels, and a resident hare from the living room windows. Check-in and check-out were easy. A perfect end to our trip!

Great location and private

Setting is gorgeous and very close to the golf course. Enjoyed the long weekend. Easy checkin. Not having a bathroom downstairs and no tv upstairs were the only issues mostly because we are seniors. Plenty of towels and supplies in the bathrooms and kitchen was well-equipped and stocked..

Great location!

Clean, spacious house close to the West Gate and several restaurants. With most of the popular hikes >1 hr drive from the gate within the park, it was nice being only 5mins away from the entrance gate. There was also a grocery store 15mins away and the kitchen was stocked nicely with basics (oil, salt, pepper, etc.) Chris also provided 2 cans of bear spray. Would highly recommend staying here.

This western casual home was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to be recharged after long hiking days in the park. The close proximity to the west entrance is definitely the biggest amenity.

Perfect Spot in West Glacier

This house is situated very close to the West Glacier amenities as well as to the entrance to Going to the Sun road. Even though it’s close, it’s off the beaten path in a private neighborhood so it’s very quiet and relaxing once you’re back from the hikes and other activities. The house itself was clean and well kept which made it perfect as a home base.

Great Home Base

The house is ideally located close to the entrance of the park, in a wooded area away from busy West Glacier village. It was great to be able to make our own meals at the house rather than go out to eat at an overflowing restaurant. We did our grocery shopping in Kalispell and Columbia Falls prior to arrival, which was a good thing since there isn't a proper grocery store in West Glacier. We're also very grateful to Chris for advising us to get online and reserve our vehicle passes the morning they became available.

A day in Glacier

This is a great location for early entrance to GNP. One recommendation would have been to have a bathroom down stairs in addition to the 2 upstairs for older visitors that sleep in the downstairs location instead of climbing up and downstairs for nicely trips. Other than that….Great experience.

what a location

This is a great property just steps away from the park. The property was as described, it was very clean and we had everything we needed there. It just felt very homey, and the perfect place to relax. I don’t even think anybody ever went downstairs to watch TV.
