Welcome to the Snowshoe Lodge!

Farm home on 80 wooded acres located on one of the most picturesque country roads in the Deerfield Valley. Enjoy a true Vermont experience up near the mountains! Just five minutes to Mount Snow and twenty minutes to Stratton!

The Space:
This charming home offers an open floor plan of the kitchen, dining and family rooms featuring a brick fireplace, a bay window and French doors opening to a country porch overlooking the meadow and mountains. The second floor features four bedrooms (one being a master suite), and two bathrooms, all of which are tastefully decorated and furnished w/ original hand cut beams

*Please note that the top bunk beds are accessed by ladder; please exercise caution when using*

Other Things to Note:
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
- Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you concurrently agree to all terms of the rental agreement upon arrival at the Property grounds.
-During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions.

-Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss.

-We are unable to make any exceptions from our cancellation policy. We recommend that you explore traveler's insurance as a means to safeguard your travel plans.

-Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to a limited amount, as specified in your rental contract, for Property damage (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.

Great Mt. Snow House

Simple house with excellent access to the mountain. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and both times were perfect.

Very pleasant

Nicely kept house, near to slopes and dining. Very comfortable for our two families of four. Host responded to questions promptly. Property is spacious and beautiful. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Fireplace adds to the charm and comfort!

Clean and nice, great fireplace, lots of antiques which can be tough with young kids, but overall a good experience. Would stay again!
