All the amenities and all you've ever dreamed of for your Chatham vacation! The gourmet kitchen features a Wolf gas range and Sub-Zero refrigerator and stone counter tops. The piano shaped breakfast bar is just one example of the outstanding craftsmanship displayed throughout the house. Additional amenities include Central A/C, plasma TV plus 3 additional TV's with expanded cable, (each with DVD player) and WiFi. The finished lower level has a regulation size pool table and bunk beds for extra sleeping space. There is an enclosed outdoor shower, high end furnishings, a porch and patio off the main floor and a deck off of the second floor. The first floor master bedroom with shower, and the second floor master bedroom offers a sitting room and a loft with 2 extra twins and whirlpool tub in the master bath! Also, there is a second floor kitchenette with coffeemaker, refrigerator and a second microwave. Maximum of 3 cars in driveway at all times.
