We found cut fingernails, wrappers on floor under the bed. dog food in corner, a bug under the covers, hope it wasnt a bed bug. If it was and we bring some home, you will hearfrom me very soon. Two staples on the floor in between the two beds. Walls needed washing in the bathroom. Mirror not clean. Soap chunks on the floor in the bathroom. Gum stuck in the carpet. We have photos on phone and dont know how to download onto computer.

Property has a Dolar General, 2 big casinos, restaurants and food trucks 5-8 mins away. Clean and new restroom, confy bed. Front desk staff very friendly. The only thing that I really can complain is cigar smells in the room

This hotel needs some upgrades! The back door slams so hard and loud that it would wake me up in the night! The fridge in room although it worked it was very loud when turning off or on. The water barely got warm not hot. However beds were pretty comfortable. They could've cleaned room better there was stuff left in bathroom closet from last guests or I assume from last guests. Better than some hotels in area but not as good as the casino/hotels for sure!

Room was not clean. Sink dirty. Sock left on shelf as well as a bottle cap next to the bed One bed was broken and did not have support on one side. Rolled to the middle of bed and it tipped over causing me to fall out of the bed to the floor. Thankfully not hurt. Someone tried to enter our room through the adjoining door at 1:22AM waking us up. Manager was not present on property the next morning. Filed complaint with staff on duty. Manager never contacted me. Filed complaint through Expedia and requested refund. Expedia has contacted property and manager but they have not responded to Expedia Very disappointed.

The front desk guy did not want to be there and was unpleasant. The room was rundown. The fitted sheets were worn out and kept coming off the mattress. The floor was a little sticky. The pool was slimy and cold. Hot tub didn’t work.

Just ok, bed was comfy

The check in staff was pleasant. Walking up the stairs to our 235 room was a little shaky, the stairs need some work. The room itself had a comfy bed surprisingly with comfy pillows. The tv is small, but had lots of stations. The bathroom definitely needs updating , you have a fridge, a microwave, and a small one cup coffee maker. They had a pool and a nice complimentary breakfast. Overall not terrible.
