Cant beat the convenience here. The rooms are small, but the location is ideal for getting around Wellington city. Great spot for a short stay and amazing view from the top floor.

Very central hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Location is perfect, walkable and the bus stop from the airport is a few minutes walk. Room was a good size, clean, very comfy beds, amazing shower and quiet. Breakfast was great, all the usual hot food, cereal, yoghurt, fruit, juice, tea/coffee. Easy walk to all attractions and felt very safe. wifi was sometimes slow but overall no issues. Would definitely stay again!

Property is basic and tired but the bed was comfortable. Some of the cleaning was substandard (behind doors etc). Restaurant closed for weekend evening meals. Good location, friendly staff and very convenient paid parking.

Room was right beside the lift. Sounded like the train coming and going all night long, no room temperature adjustment in the room. I suffered bad food poisoning resulting in vomiting a tiny amount on the floor. The hotel phoned me 7 days after checkout to make me pay for the dry cleaning bill of $165. Absolutely disgusting charge due a customer to have to pay, Do bot pay $25+ for the breakfast. Over priced and bit worth it as only basic range. Never staying here again.

The place is looking pretty tired, and could do with a revamp (or at least a good scrub-down in the showers to remove years of residue on the walls and showerheads). TV doesn't have casting features, which is quite incredible nowdays - also had to get a staff member up as wouldn't even default to the correct HDMI channel. Had to use the heater as it was too cold in the room. Chilly breeze coming out of the vent in the early hours, right onto the head. Prefer to have an option to control my own room temp. Friendly staff. Room service dinner was adequate taste-wise. A good size meal. Would prefer to have seen that parking was an additional nightly charge prior to booking. An ok stay - nothing amazing to rave about. Probably expected more for the price and reputation.
