The staff were qonderful. We dealt with Kenneth who was fabulous to deal with! Everything was seamless and such clean snuggly rooms with fantastic location right in the middle of Lampton Quay.

I did not like the twin room I was given so went back to reception and upgraded to a more suitable room. I was staying 2 nights. On day 2 I was locked out of lift access and my room. I was told that as it was after 11 am my access had finished as I was no longer a guest. I was annoyed that their processes had not ensured I had access for the two nights I had booked for. The person at reception (who was the person who upgraded me in the first place) changed my access. In the meantime my husband left the car park earlier in the day and had to get reception to give him access to return. In my opinion James Cook need to look at their processes in regard to the length of their guests’ stay.
