Charming 1930's house only a few blocks from the St. Johns River!

Nestled in the heart of historic Welaka, you will feel right at home in this charming house, built in 1930. Within these rustic walls, you will find two bedrooms, one full bath, a family room and breakfast nook with a flat screen television, fully- functioning kitchen, WIFI, and two game rooms. The front porch game room allows for indoor activities such as cards and board games. The back porch offers seating and an air hockey table.
The house is centrally located. A couple of blocks away is the public boat ramp, where you can launch your boat for a fun-filled day of fishing, cruising, or swimming on the river. Afterward, you can tie up at Bryant’s Wharf, Welaka’s public boat dock. The house is only a few hundred yards walk away!
Days on the water are always busy and can make one very hungry! Shrimps-R-Us and The Log Cabin are all within walking distance should you feel the need to work out your sea legs!
The house sits on half an acre and is ideal for storing your boat trailer as you enjoy your vacation.

Perfect location for my husband working at Long’s Log Cabin!

Although the property is older and quirky it was perfect for us. Within walking distance from Long’s Log Cabin. Since my husband’s band was playing there it gave us a great after show place to crash and rest till the morning instead of driving home back to Jax late.

We stay here often when we are intown, love the location, close to Long's Log Cabin for evening fun, close to the boat ramp, 3 miles from Renagade's On The River, 3 Bananas, and Idle a While as well. House can sleep 5-6 comfortably. We will be back!!!!
