Family Christmas

Lovely property with fun amenities to enjoy the Christmas holiday together. The Christmas tree in the living room was a beautiful surprise which added to our festivities. We enjoyed foosball and ping pong as well as starry nights in the hot tub. Problems:There was barely enough toilet paper for our entire visitWe had a hard time figuring out how to lock the door when we left. The bed linens were uncomfortable. Low quality for such a nice place. Synthetic comforters. Information about what was provided came very late. We did not realize soon enough that we needed our own shampoo and soap. We had already been traveling awhile when we came to Weedon.

Mauvais renseignements Disjoncteur sauté Pas de télé au rez de chaussée Lits pas confortablesVoisins dérangeant musique jusqu’à 2 heures du matinProblème de porte pu de batterie et master ne fonctionnait pas pour avoir la clé. Même pas assez de batterie de rechange dans le chalet. Appeler ligne d’urgence pas de réponses c’est ordinaire. Courrier disant d’écrire par messagerie ce qui veut dire texto pour la plupart du monde mais il semble que pour vous c’est courriel alors vous devriez être précis et dire par message courriel parce que j’ai attendu tout la journée une réponse qui n’es pas venue. Pu de batterie dans la télécommande du foyer. Gros problème de batterie dans le chalet et pas grand chose de disponible pour les changer. Assistance à distance et impossibilité d’avoir quelqu’un qui règle ça dans l’immédiat.
