Property borders the Withlacoochee State Forest for all the hikers and nature lovers. Enjoy views of the large oaks, wildlife and neighboring cow fields.

But only 10 minutes drive to Groveland, 9 minutes to Mascotte, 18 minutes to Clermont, 22 minutes to Bushnell, 26 minutes to Minneola, 55 minutes to the west coast, 50 minutes to Disney World in Orlando.
